Fiber Optic Communication Earplug

Fiber optic earplugs and earplug drivers and accessories. The FOS line of fiber optic linked, power-by-light communications earplugs provides a communication earplug without electrical wiring and connections. Power and the communication signal are provided by an optical signal delivered through a fiber optic cable. The fiber optic delivery is insensitive to EMI effects, does not radiate signal information and can be run over very long distances without electrical power for amplifiers or repeaters.
